MUSCAT: The fourth Dates and Honey Exhibition opened at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre, bringing together around 100 enterprises specialising in the two sectors. It runs until October 23.
The opening was held under the auspices of Dr Said bin Mohammed al Saqri, Economic Adviser at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs.
The exhibition showcases technologies for producing, processing and packaging dates and honey, while promoting Omani products in local and international markets.
It also aims to support producers, entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises, encourage investment and partnerships, and strengthen the competitiveness of Omani products.
